摘要
目的观察大剂量激素联合营养神经药物治疗外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法选择62例外伤性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=31)。对照组使用大剂量甲强龙针和强的松片。观察组在此基础上同时给予营养神经药物。对比2组患者治疗效果、2组患者治疗后不良反应。结果观察组的患者显效15例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为93.55%,而对照组的患者显效10例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率为74.19%,2组对比疗效显著(χ2=4.292,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率低于对照组(χ2=4.168,P<0.05)。结论临床上使用大剂量激素联合营养神经药物治疗外伤性视神经病变的疗效显著。
Objective To study the effect of large dose of hormone combined with nutritional drugs in treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods 62 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ n = 31 ）. The control group used large doses of methylprednisolone and prednisone tablets needle. On this basis, the observation group was given nutritional nerve drugs. Treatment effect, adverse reactions after treatment were compared. Results The patients in the observation group were markedly effective 15 cases, 14 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.55% , while the control group were markedly effective 10 cases, effective 13 cases, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 74. 19% （X2 = 4. 292, P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of control group （X2 = 4. 168, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion High-dose hormone therapy combined nutrition traumatic optic nerve lesions has good clinical effect.
