摘要
目的探讨孕前BMI和孕期增重与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法选择拟定期在丹阳市人民医院产前检查并住院分娩的妊娠早期妇女516例,问卷调查追踪其在孕早、中、晚期的体重变化,收集孕妇分娩和新生儿出生情况等资料。分析其孕前BMI和孕期体重状况与新生儿出生体重的关系。结果单因素及多因素分析均显示,孕前BMI和孕期增重与新生儿出生体重呈正相关(P<0.01)。Logistic回归结果表明,孕期增重过多,新生儿为巨大儿的相对危险度增加1.73倍。结论孕前BMI和孕期增重与新生儿出生体重均密切相关。
Objective To explore the association of pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI)and gestational weight gain with neonatal birth weight.Methods A total of 516 women at first trimester pregnancy who got regular antenatal care and delivered in Danyang People's Hospital was selected and followed up until delivery.Data on gestational weight gain of the three pregnancy trimesters and pregnancy outcomes including neonatal birth weight were collected by questionnaires.The relationship between pre-pregnancy BMI and gestational weight gain with neonatal weight were analyzed.Results Single factor and multiple factors analysises showed that pre-pregnancy BMI and gestational weight gain were positively coorelated to neonatal birth weight(P〈0.01).Logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk for the occurrence of macrosomia increased by 1.73 times in pregnant women with gestational weight gain too much.Conclusion Pre-pregnancy BMI and gestational weight gain are closely associated with neonatal birth weight.
