稀油正灌蹩压法改善稠油低产抽油井泵况的研究

摘要 高升油田是全国最大的稠油油田,现在已经进入开采后期,油井产能低,受油稠、气体影响严重,多表现为深井泵凡尔漏失,泵况变差,油井间歇出油。导致无躺井降产。现场用玻璃管量油的计量方式,不能发现油井这种普遍性的产量的变化。因此提出了通过井口稀油正灌蹩压法来确定稠油抽油井泵况变差的情况,并通过稀油正灌提高泵工作负荷,改善油井泵况的方法有效提高了油井的产量。 Soaring oil field is the largest heavy oil field,has now entered the post-mining,well productivity is low,that is thick oil,gas impact of severe,more performance for deep well where Dole leakage,pump condition deteriorated,intermittent oil wells.No lie lead to lower production wells.Spot metering mode glass amount of oil,can not detect changes in the yield of oil wells this universality.Therefore,this article presents the case by filling limp positive light oil wellhead pressure method to determine the status of heavy oil well pump deteriorate and dilute the oil being fed by a pump to improve workload and improve oil well pump method is effective to improve the situation of oil production.
