不粘铝浇注料的研制与应用

Development and Application of Non-Stick Aluminum Castable

以特级高铝矾土骨料为主,添加a-Al_2O_3微粉、棕刚玉细粉以及一种添加剂,以纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备的耐火浇注料,分别检测其常温及高温烧后指标。结果表明,该浇注料具有强度高、抗铝水渗透性好等优点。在重庆某大型铝加工厂的多台20t、30t、100t等熔铝炉上大量应用,使用效果反映良好。

A high grade bauxite aggregate based,add a-Al2O3 powder,corundum powder and an additive to pure calcium aluminate cement as a binding agent,prepared refractory castable were detected at room temperature and high temperature burn after the index.The results show that the casting material has a high strength,resistance to aluminum water permeability and good.In Chongqing,a large aluminum plant of more than 20 tons,30 tons,100 tons,such as aluminum melting furnace large number of applications,using the results reflect the good.
