海上修井检泵的作业过程中发生了多起过电缆封隔器落井事故,由于这类落鱼具有外径大(接近于套管内径)以及打捞内腔不在工具的正中心(处于偏心状态)等特点,使得在打捞时要想办法将打捞工具引入到偏心的打捞内腔,具有一定打捞难度。主要是针对这类属于偏心打捞的落鱼特点,自主研发设计偏心扶正器,优选合适的正扣正螺纹公锥,并设计合适合理的打捞管柱,成功实现了偏心落鱼的打捞。目前已经成功完成6口井打捞作业。
