分析了某厂的循环水系统运状态,分析了运行中发现的问题,提出解决方案;更进一步通过热平衡及水力学分析,优化操作,取得了647万元/a的经济效益。
Studied the performance of cooling water system of a plant,pointed out the control problem and proposed the improvement plans;furthermore,by analyzing the heat balance and hydraulic performance of the system,optimized the operation,6.47MRMB/year electrical power cost was saved after the optimization.
