随着我国城市化建设进程的不断加快,居民群众的物质生活变得越来越好,同时对生活环境提出了更高的要求。但在最近几年来,我们随处都可以发现环境污染现象日趋严重,形势非常严峻。因此,为了促进我国社会和谐与可持续发展,加强对环境监察执法工作的力度已势在必行。虽然环境监察执法也出台了一系列的法律法规,可以有效地确保环境监察执法工作的顺利开展。但在当前国内新的形势发展下,也带来了诸多的挑战,大家有目共睹,可以看出阻碍环境监察执法工作开展的因素方方面面。笔者就对新常态下环境监察执法的难点与重点展开了相关的探讨。

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the residents of the material life is getting better,while the living environment of a higher demand.But in recent years,we can be found everywhere phenomenon of growing environmental pollution,the situation is very grim.Therefore,in order to promote social harmony and of sustainable development and strengthening of environmental monitoring law enforcement efforts is imperative.While environmental monitoring,law enforcement has also introduced a series of laws and regulations,can effectively ensure the smooth conduct environmental supervision and law enforcement work.But in the current national development under the new situation,it also brings many challenges,we see,we can see that impede environmental supervision and law enforcement aspects of the work carried out factor.In this paper,the author of the new normal environment under supervision and law enforcement Difficult and Focal Points started to explore related.
