环境监察执法是环境管理的一项重要手段,国内的环境保护工作已得到深入地开展,其作用与功能将愈来愈强,但在环保执法的实践过程中也不断暴露出诸多问题,遇到的困难与阻力还有很多。让环境监察执法工作能够更好地适应现代环境保护的要求,为眼下环境执法人员的头等大事。就针对环境监察执法的现实困境与对策展开了相关的探讨,望给予同行们一个参考与借鉴。

Environmental monitoring,law enforcement is an important means of environmental management,national environmental protection work has been carried out in depth,its role and functions will become increasingly strong,but in practice the process of environmental law enforcement has also been exposed many problems,difficulties and resistance encountered as well.Let environmental supervision and law enforcement work to better adapt to the requirements of modern environmental protection,the environment is now a top priority for law enforcement officers.In this paper,the reality of the plight and countermeasures against environmental monitoring carried out to explore law enforcement related,hope to give colleagues an information and reference.
