为了汇总物资供应管理部门的KPI指标,为管理层提供全方位定量的业务统计及绩效信息。从绩效评价入手,基于ERP系统建立MRO综合业务看板,用于建立明确的、切实可行的KPI体系,分解用于衡量工作人员工作绩效表现的量化指标。它可以使部门主管明确主要责任,明确人员的业绩衡量指标;便于考核下级单位的物资供应管理水平,为提升企业的物资供应管理提供参考。
