关节镜下自体与异体骨-髌腱-骨移植修复前交叉韧带117例疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察关节镜下自体及异体骨-髌腱-骨（BPTB）重建前交叉韧带（ACL）的术后一般情况及短期临床疗效.方法选择2005年9月至2014年9月期间山东菏泽市立医院和青岛市立医院收治的117例单纯前交叉韧带损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均于关节镜下行ACL移植重建手术,其中自体BPTB移植重建60例,同种异体BPTB移植重建57例,术后随访12 -18个月,比较两组患者术后一般情况及膝关节的功能评分（Lysholm评分、IKDC评分）.结果两组术后下肢静脉血栓形成的病例数及住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.两组术后发热时间、手术时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）.自体组术后有14例患者出现髌前疼痛,其发生率为23.33％,显著高于异体组（4/57,7.02％）.两组对比膝关节Lysholm和IKDC功能评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论自体BPTB移植后髌前疼痛的发生率高于异体组,且手术时间长,而异体BPTB移植术后发热时间相对更长;异体与自体BPTB移植物重建ACL对于恢复膝关节功能的短期临床疗效相近,均为重建ACL的良好移植物.
