新疆公共卫生产学研基地现状及问题研究——以乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心产学研基地为例

Study on status and issues of public health base of production,education and research in Xinjiang——Urumqi Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example

目的了解新疆公共卫生产学研基地的现状以及建设过程中遇到的问题,为公共卫生产学研基地的建设提供依据。方法对新疆医科大学教务处、研究生学院以及公共卫生学院的教师、公共卫生学院在校专业型和学术型硕士、乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心产学研基地和兵团疾病预防控制中心产学研基地带教老师进行现场问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果学术型硕士与专业型硕士、基地教师以及大学教师对于产学研基地相关政策、措施的了解程度差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);不同年级的专业型硕士实习综合效果差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);专业型硕士和学术型硕士参与产学研基地联合培养意愿的差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);专业型硕士、学术型硕士、基地教师以及大学教师对于公共卫生产学研基地建设立足点看法的差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论应加大对于产学研联合培养的宣传力度,大力发展"双导师"模式。公共卫生产学研基地立足于培养高素质,高层次的公共卫生复合型人才,同时注重学科发展和科学研究。

Objective To understand the status of public health base for production,education and research in Xinjiang and the problems during the base establishing process,which would provide the basis for the construction of public health base for production,education and research.Methods Teachers and graduates from Xinjiang Medical University and Urumqi Center for Disease Control and Prevention were surveyed using self-designed questionnaires.The database was set up by Epidata3.1and analyzed with SPSS19.0.Results The understanding to the policies,measures of base in professional masters,academic masters,teachers in base and university teachers were statistically significant（P =0.000）.The combined effect of differences among three grades of graduates were statistically significant（P =0.015）.Differences between professional and academic Master′s willingness to participate in cooperative education were statistically significant（P =0.029）.The views of base of production,education and research standpoint of professional Master,academic master,teachers in base and university teachers were statistically significant（P =0.001）.Conclusion The base of production,education and research should intensify propaganda and develop the＂double teacher＂mode.It also should base on cultivating high-quality talents for public health,at the same time pay attention to the discipline development and scientific research.
