Coronary artery disorders caused by fibromuscular dysplasia

纤维肌性发育不良是一个少见疾病,该病可影响全身动脉,包括冠状动脉。该病引起的冠状动脉病变包括远端变细、长而平缓的狭窄,常可出现自发性冠状动脉夹层、血管壁内血肿、冠状动脉痉挛、冠状动脉扭曲。纤维肌性发育不良引起的冠状动脉病变可导致急性冠状动脉综合征、左心室功能不全或心源性猝死。药物治疗包括抗血小板药物、β受体阻滞药等,少数患者需经皮冠状动脉介入治疗或冠状动脉旁路术。

Fibromuscular dysplasia is a rare disease. It can affect every artery in the body arteries,including coronary artery. Its coronary artery manifestations include distal tapering, long, smooth narrowing, and may cause spontaneous coronary artery dissection, intramural hematoma, spasm, or tortuosity. Coronary artery disorders caused by fibromuscular dysplasia may present acute coronary syndrome, left ventricular dysfunction, or sudden cardiac death. Medical therapies include anti-platelet drugs,β-blocker, few patients need percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graft.
