摘要 氟尿嘧啶（fluorouracil，FU）属于细胞周期特异性抗代谢类药物，主要作用于细胞分裂的S期。其在肝脏转变为5-氟-2-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷酸（FdUMP），抑制胸苷酸核苷合成酶的活性，
