摘要
围绕管理学中的人本原则、系统原则、制度原则和适度原则分析医患矛盾持续发生的原因,并针对性地依据管理学原理,遵循以人为本的原则,提出从整体上高效地管理医疗人员和患者,改善制度、优化资源配置,掌握好适度原则来合理解决医患矛盾的方案,为构建和谐的医患关系提供合理化建议。
This article analyzes the causes of continuous doctor- patient conflicts according to the humanity principle,systemic principle,institutional principle and the moderate principle in management. Based on the principles of management and people oriented creed,this paper puts forward the reasonable measures that managing medical staff and patients efficiently as a whole,improving policies,optimizing resource allocation and mastering the moderation principle,to provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of a harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
