网络背景下高校班级管理制度探究

Research on College Class Management System under the Network Background

通过对山东省1026名大学生网络利用现状调查问卷的研究分析,论述了目前大学生的网络利用现状,分析了网络的发展给高校班级管理带来了全新的理念和难得的发展机遇,同时网络的发展也增加了班级管理的难度。指出了采取以下措施更好地利用网络进行班级管理:树立正确的上网观念,加强网络监管;引导学生利用网络上的优质教学资源;协助网络辅导员建立起民主的管理机制;利用网络平台,加强班级交流。

This paper studied the network utilization status of 1026 college students in Shandong Province through questionnaire survey,and analyzed the new concept and rare opportunities for development that the network brought to college class management. Simultaneously,the development of network increased the diff iculty of classmanagement. The present study pointed out the following suggestions to manage class for using network better： establishing a correct view of the network surf,strengthening the network supervision,guiding students to use quality teaching resources on the network,assisting the network counselor to establish a democratic management mechanism,and strengthening the class communication by using the network platform.
