摘要
以有花蕾的盆栽马缨杜鹃(Rhododendron delavayi)为材料,采用不同种类及浓度的生长调节剂定期涂抹花蕾,对马缨杜鹃的花蕾变化及开花情况进行了研究.结果表明:500 mg/kg吲哚乙酸(Indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)、100 mg/kg萘乙酸(1-Naphthaleneacetic acid,NAA)、100 mg/kg赤霉素(Gibberellin A3,GA3)处理对促进马缨杜鹃花蕾的膨大有较大作用.500 mg/kg IAA、100 mg/kg NAA和2 000 mg/kg GA3可使花期分别提前16.2、22.0和17.7 d,而10 mg/kg IAA、1 000 mg/kg NAA和1 500 mg/kg GA3可使花期分别延迟9.3、17.0和11.0 d.
Rhododendron delavayi with flower buds were pot-cultured as test materials. The flower bud size and initial blooming were studied by swearing flower buds of Rhododendron delavayi using different kinds of plant growth regulators. The result showed that treatment effects of 500 mg/kg indole - 3 - acetic acid (IAA), 100 mg/kg 1 -Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), 100 mg/kg Gibberellin A3 (GA3) were good for the flower buds swelling. 500 mg/kg IAA, 100 mg/kg NAA, 2 000 mg/kg GA3 treatments could make initial blooming earlier by 16.2, 22.0 and 17.7 d, respectively, while the 10 mg/kg IAA, 1 000 mg/kg NAA, 1 500 mg/kg GA3 could delay the initial blooming time by 9.3, 17.0 and 11.0 d, respectively.
