基于CiteSpaceⅢ的Southern印迹杂交领域研究现状分析

Analysis of research status on the Southern blot studies based on CiteSpaceⅢ

为了揭示2001-2014年间Southern印迹杂交领域的研究现状及发展趋势,文章以Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库为数据源,利用CiteSpaceⅢ对Southern印迹杂交领域相关论文进行了共被引分析.结果发现:该领域研究热点以基础应用为主,核心作者群明显,研究力量缺乏合作,需寻找新的研究热点,促进该领域发展.

For the purpose revealing research status on the Southern blot between 2001 and 2014, a co- citation analysis of articles from Web of Science was carried out by CiteSpaceⅢ. The results showed that the basic research stage, obvious core authors group and insufficient research power cooperation were ex- isted in the field. A new hotspot on Southern blot was to be found to promote the development.
