摘要
民用飞机降低燃油箱可燃性设计是燃油箱防爆设计的一个重要方面,有必要对其开展相关研究。通过对民用飞机燃油箱25.981适航条款要求的解读,总结了适航对燃油箱可燃性要求以及对应的降低燃油箱可燃性措施(FRM),并对基于冷却降燃方案的适用性进行分析研究,研究结果表明该方案在实际应用中具有一定局限性,尤其是无法满足位于机身内非主燃油箱的可燃性适航要求。
The fuel tank flammability reduction means design for civil aircraft is an important part of fuel tank explosion proof design,it is necessary to carry out the related research. By studying the 25. 981 airworthiness requirements for civil aircraft,this paper summarizes the fuel tank flammability requirements and the corresponding FRM( flammability reduction means),and also studies the applicability of cooling mechanism based on FRM. The results show that this concept has some limitations in actual application,especially it can't meet flammability airworthiness requirement for the fuel tank within the fuselage configuration.
