客运专线简支箱梁预制场的设计方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,随着客运专线铁路建设的快速发展,需要建设的桥梁越来越多,为减少所用梁型的运输和运架梁的方便,施工现场修建箱梁预制场的设计受到建设和施工单位的关注。如何根据新建线路所建桥梁的分布情况,通过精心设计使所建预制梁场布局合理,满足工期要求,节约工程投资,本文就箱梁预制场的分布和选址、平面布置、制梁台座和存梁台位数量的确定、运架梁方式进行阐述。并结合工程实例,进行制梁台座和存梁台位数的计算,根据各个预制梁场的供梁范围和供梁孔数,测算出架梁工期和建设项目的总工期。 In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction of the passenger - dedicated lines, more and more bridges need building. In order to reduce the transport of the beams and make sure of the con- venience, construction units pay more attention to the design of box beam field in construction sites. Re- garding how to meet the schedule and save investment by meticulous designing of the field and consider- ing the location of newly - built bridges, this article elaborates the following four aspects, namely, the lo- cation of the box beam field, layout of box beam field, the set of the number of platforms and rack trans- port mode. With engineering examples, it also calculates the numbers of platforms, as well as calculating beam -setting period and total construction time.
