摘要
铁路建设采用工程总承包模式,能够体现设计、采购、施工一体化的优势。但该承包模式也给工程承包商带来一定的风险。此文针对在设计和施工招投标阶段,论述承包商应识别的主要风险。对识别出的风险,通过分析提出可采取的应对措施,预以防范和控制,达到中标的目的。
The project general contracting mode of Railway construction is capable of embodying the integration ad- vantages of the design, procurement, construction. But the contract also bring some risk to engineering contractors. Aiming at the design and construction bidding stage, the contractor shall identify the main risk. For identified risks, the measures are put forward through the analysis in order to prevent and control the risks and achieve the purpose of winning.
