高压就地无功补偿装置节能效益分析

摘要 在油田生产装置中大量使用高低压电动机(含高压同步电动机)及变压器,这些负荷属于感性负载,需要吸收大量的无功功率,输送无功功率的过程中要消耗大量的有功功率,加大了输配电线路的线损,为了响应国家的节能环保政策,降低生产装置的运行成本,油田公司对高低电动机及变压器等感性负载进行了集中或就地补偿,经过多年的运行情况分析,节能效果显著。 Both the low and high voltage asynchronous motor and transformer are widely used during oilfield producing. Among oilfield production equipments, there exists a great amount of low and high voltage asynchronous motors(including high-voltage asynchronous motor) and transform-ers, whose load is inductive load and need to absorb lots of reactive power. To transmit inactive powers, lots of active powers will be needed, which will increase the loss for power transmission and distribution lines. The oil company has made local and centralized compensation to the inductive load, such as high voltage asynchronous motor, transformer and so on, in order to respond to the policy of energy conservation and environmental protection and decrease equipment operating costs.The analyzing results show that the energy-saving results are very prominent.
