和平与包容、互利与共赢是古丝绸之路承载的精神内涵,在新的时代背景下,这一精神内涵仍然具有强大的凝聚力和感召力。面对全球形势的深刻变化,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央统筹国际国内两个大局,提出了"一带一路"建设倡议,通过这个平台打造新的发展空间,必然会为我国和世界经济发展带来新的发展机遇。"一带一路"建设也有许多障碍、挑战,面对一系列障碍、挑战,我们应借鉴古西南丝绸之路的经验和精神积极扩大与相关方的良性互动,尽快实现互联互通,我国各省份也应准确定位,积极融入。

Peace and tolerance, mutual benefit and win - win were the spiritual connotations of the ancient Silk Road. In the new era, the spirits still have strong cohesion and appeal. Facing the profound changes of the world, the CPC central committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary has put forward the ＂B＆R＂ initiative. Through this platform new space of devel- opment and new opportunities will be created for China and other countries in the world. However, the ＂B＆R＂ construction will be confronted with obstacles and challenges as well. In view of this situation, we should actively expand positive interaction with the relevant parties in the building process, and achieve connectivity as soon as possible. Besides, the related provinces of China should position accurately and be actively involved in it.
