摘要 生物农业相比较于传统农业优势明显,可以有效改善我国目前农业种种不足。但生物农业的发展需要大量的技术、人才、资金作支撑。在这一背景下,开展国际间的科技合作,开展共同研发就成为了我国的理性选择。东北亚各国资源优势互补,科技研发合作潜力巨大。东北亚各国在生物农业领域的合作有着广泛的前景。本文就东北亚生物农业的科技合作的现状进行分析和总结,并提出了我国在促进该领域国际间的科技合作过程中应该解决的问题。本文对于发展我国生物农业具有一定的借鉴意义。 Compared to traditional agriculture,biological agriculture has obvious advantages,which is possible to improve the shortcomings of agriculture in our country at present. On the other side,development of agriculture requires technology,human resource and capital input. Developing biological agriculture through international collaboration has become a rational choice for China. Nature resources in Northeast Asia countries have complementary advantages,therefore it has potential to collaborate among countries in this area. This paper gives a general survey of current situation of the biological agricultural RD collaboration in Northeast Asia. China should focus on solving several problems for the development of biological agriculture in our country. The conclusion in this paper has a certain of reference value for the development of biological agriculture in China.
