摘要
针对现有快速发现和准确更新地表变化信息的方法效率低、工作量大等问题,文章结合DSM差分算法和遥感影像变化检测算法,提出了一种三维动态监测方法:DSM差分算法能够监测地物在高度方面的变化,遥感影像解译可以弥补DSM变化图斑的属性信息,并补充DSM技术无法获得的属性变化图斑和面积变化图斑。实验结果表明,所提监测方法能动态监测工业园区的开工率和重点项目建设状态,运用在土地监管实际工作中具有可行性。
Aiming at the problem that current methods of rapidly detecting and accurately updating land surface change information are inefficient with heavy workload, the paper proposed a 3D dynamic mo- nitoring integrating difference algorithm of DSM and change detection of RS imagery: DSM-difference al- gorithm detected the height changes of surface features, meanwhile, the interpretation of RS images helped obtain the change polygons of property and areas which is difficult for DSM technolo- gy. Experimental result showed that the method could dynamically monitor the operation rate and the state of key projects for the test area, and be feasible in the application of land supervision.
