摘要
目的:以甘肃民族师范学院为例,探索民族院校大学生学习动机、自我效能感与时间管理倾向之间的关系。方法:用相关问卷对311名大学生进行调查,运用T检验、方差分析、相关分析等方法对数据进行处理。结果:1民族院校大学生学习动机、一般自我效能感与时间管理倾向各维度均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);2一般自我效能感、学习动机对时间管理有较强的预测作用(ΔR2=0.488,P<0.01)。结论:自我效能感、时间管理倾向和学习动机三者关系密切,内部动机在大学生一般自我效能感与时间管理倾向中起部分中介作用。
Objective: the article take Gansu Normal University for Nationalities as subject to review the correlation of university students' self efficacy, learning motivation and their time management disposition.Method: the article use the relevant questionnaire to survey 311 College Students and use T test, analysis of variance and correlation analysis to process data. Findings: ①The relationship of university students' self efficacy, learning motivation and their time management disposition has a significant correlation (P〈0.01). ②University students' self efficacy and learning motivation have strong predictive effect on time management disposition ( P 〈0.01).Conclusion: uni- versity students' self efficacy, learning motivation and their time management disposition have close relationship. The internal motivation has partial mediation effect between self-efficacy and time management disposition.
