摘要
在实地调查并梳理相关文献的基础上,描述了甘肃农村教师面临的经济、生活与文化困境,并指出自然、经济、社会与文化环境是农村教师生存困境的主要致因。虽然《乡村教师支持计划》是一副消除农村教师生存困境"病症"的良方,但并非万能,要彻底改善农村教师生存困境,需要多措并举、形成合力,全面突破。
On the basis of field investigation and review of relevant literature the author describes the plights of financial problems, living and culture and points out the main reasons are natural environment, economical situation, social and cultural situation of the living plight of rural teachers. Although the "Rural Teachers Supporting Plan" is a best method of eliminating the living plight of rural teachers and it is not almighty. To improve the living plight of rural teachers measures must be taken to form a cohesive force to form comprehensive breakthrough.
