With the rapid development of economy in our country, higher education enters the stage of popularization and populariza- tion. In the new environment, the disadvantages of the traditional higher education management mode are becoming more and more obvious. How to realize the connotation development of higher education depends on the innovation of the management mechanism of higher education. Construction of educational management mechanism of the humanistic connotation in university is the effective way to advance theory innovation and mode innovation of educational management work in university which can adapt to the trend of the development of the times, realize the benign development of the higher educational management.
