摘要
利用涤纶与粘胶纤维分子中酯键对酸稳定性的差异，制定了涤粘交织物圆网印花烂花工艺。分析了生产过程中的关键因素，如印花糊料的选择、尿素和硫酸的质量分数等，并提出解决方案。结果表明，选用耐酸糊DAS-03作为印花糊料，尿素质量分数15％，98％硫酸质量分数14％～15％，可以生产出优质的烂花产品。
The burnt-out rotary screen printing process of polyester/viscose fabric is carried out based on the difference in the stability of ester bond to acid between polyester and viscose fibers. The key factors in the production process are analyzed and the solution is put forward. The results show that high quality burnt-out prints are achieved with acid resistance thickener DAS-03, urea 15% and 98% sulfuric acid 14%-15%.
