前房异物手术的临床分析

Clinical experience of surgical treatment of foreign body in anterior chamber

目的探讨前房异物取出方法及显微眼内镊在应用效果。方法回顾性分析郑州市第二人民医院眼科在2010年1月至2015年3月就诊的35例（35只眼），应用显微眼内镊在取出前房异物的临床资料。结果35只眼前房异物均一次手术取出。术中未出现明显前房积血，未进一步损伤角膜内皮或晶状体及房角和虹膜组织，术后前房反应轻，随访1-3个月无角膜内皮失代偿及房角粘连等严重并发症。结论显微眼内镊在前房较小异物取出中具有适用范围广、精准、快速、继发组织损伤小、取出成功率高等优点。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the microscopic intraocular tweezer for the re- moval of the foreign body in anterior chamber. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases with the for- eign body in anterior chamber whose foreign bodies were extracted with the microscopic intraocular tweezer were retrospectively analyzed. Results All foreign bodies were extracted successfully in once operation. There was no severe complication such as hyphema, corneal endothelial, anterior chamber angle, and iris or lens further damage. After operation, light reaction in anterior chamber, therefore visual acuity was improved. At the end of 1-3 months follow-up, there were no serious op- erative complications as goniosynechia and corneal endothelial dysfunction occurred. Conclusions The microscopic intraocular tweezer for the removal of the smaller foreign body in anterior chamber is recommended for wide application, precise, quick, minor tissue lesion, successfully extraction in once oneration.
