The Network Economy: Beyond Planning and Market

传统时代的现实经济行为在网络时代得以重构、变革和创新。社会信息交换方式与处理能力落后形成的传统经济模式和制度架构,在网络社会将产生深刻的转变。由于网络社会实现了信息的充分交换,因此,供需双方之间可以实现直接的信息交互,从而大幅度降低整个社会中的交易成本,这直接改变了传统计划模式与市场模式严格划分的现实基础。因此,网络经济是跨越计划与市场的新的混合经济形态。

All economic activities will be reformed and reconstructed in network society. It is easily found that there is an essential difference between the network economy and the traditional economy： the traditional economy is deeply limited by the information ability so that it evolves into the two kinds of model, planning and market. However, network society is a society which is rich in information and where suppliers and consumers can directly exchange information. Therefore, the basic economic model is absolutely changed in network society. The network economy is a blend model which covers planning and market.
