The Conference on Regulation and Innovation of the Exercise of Public Power was held in Hangzhou on November 8 and 9, 2015. The participants in the conference shared their views on some topics such as ＂meanings of the exercise of public power operation,＂ ＂rule of law and the regulation of the exercise of public power,＂ ＂institutional performance and innovation of the exercise of public power,＂ and ＂the future of study on the exercise of public power. ＂
