摘要
针对目前压裂井施工层位深,井底温度高、破裂压力大的问题,耐高温加重压裂液的研究与应用逐渐深入。采用Na Br加重剂,并对压裂液添加剂进行筛选实验,研究出了密度为1.45 g/cm3、耐温达到170℃的加重压裂液配方,成功解决了Na Br加重压裂液在加入工业p H调节剂存在弱交联的问题。通过性能评价表明该加重压裂液悬砂性能优异,破胶液粘度低,表面张力和界面张力较低,对储层伤害小。
In view of the fracturing treatment of deep wells and high-pressure wells,research and application of high temperature resistant weighted fracturing fluid have become gradually in-depth. In this study, taking sodium bromide as weighting agent, fracturing fluid additives were screened. The high temperature resistant(170℃)and high density(1.455 g/cm^3) fracturing fluid was developed to successfully solve the problem that sodium bromide weighted fracturing fluid has weak crosslink when adding industrial p H regulator. The performance evaluation results show that,the weighted fracturing fluid has good suspended sand performance and low gel breaking liquid viscosity,and it has low surface tension and interfacial tension,can reduce the formation damage.
