原油负压稳定轻烃收率特性研究

摘要 根据我国原油的特点,负压闪蒸稳定工艺在生产现场得到了广泛地使用。在负压闪蒸稳定过程中,轻烃收率是衡量工艺质量的一个重要指标。利用HYSYS软件模拟原油负压稳定的流程,并通过改变各种影响因素的参数值来计算具体条件下的轻烃收率,将这些数值汇总进行分析得出轻烃收率的影响规律,可以了解诸多因素对轻烃收率的影响规律并对现有负压原稳生产装置的工艺参数进行一定的优化,从而达到提高生产效率和经济效益的目的。 Based on the characteristics of Chinese crude oil, the vacuum flash stabilization process has been widely used. In the vacuum flash stabilization process, the yield of light hydrocarbon is an important index influencing the realization of the crude stabilization requirement. In this paper, HYSYS was used to simulate the technological process of crude oil stabilization, and the yield of light hydrocarbon was calculated under many changeable conditions. These values were used to analyze and summary the law of many factors affecting the yield of light hydrocarbon. Through this study, we can understand how these factors affect the yield of light hydrocarbon and optimize the technological parameters of negative pressure crude stabilization unit, so as to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit.
