摘要
分析了INEOS INNOVENE S淤浆环管聚合工艺生产的高密度聚乙烯T60-800产品颗粒黄色指数偏高的原因;分别从聚合、脱气系统、风送系统、挤压造粒等工段进行了工艺调整以及对添加剂配方进行了调整;总结出了改进措施使产品黄色指数降低达到了客户要求。
Reasons to cause higher yellow index of polyethylene particles T60-800 produced by INEOS INNOVENE S slurry loop polymerization process were analyzed. And adjustment measures were put forward, including process adjustment and additive formula adjustment.
