双侧丘脑旁正中综合征一例
摘要
患者男性,51岁,主因视物成双7d、反应迟钝3d入院。患者7d前无明显诱因出现视物成双、双影水平排列、左眼睑下垂、自感双眼上视不能,无晨轻暮重,无肢体麻木及活动不灵,当地医院诊断为脑梗死。给予抗血小板、改善循环治疗,症状未见好转,3d前出现反应迟钝、睡眠增多、幻觉、言语错乱及记忆力下降遂来我院。既往高血压6年,
