摘要
雷达中含有大量非线性元件,工作时呈连续脉冲特性,增加了选配电源的难度。文中提出一种连续脉冲模拟装置,将复杂的雷达系统简化为整流器模块、直流开关模块、负载模块,利用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)控制多组电阻负载的投切模拟脉冲负载的功率突变,通过设置直流开关的触发脉冲来实现不同的开关周期与占空比,还通过改变接人电路的电阻组数实现不同的脉冲负载峰值功率,并以滤波电容C、导通时间T_S、占空比D、功率P_L四个参数表示雷达脉冲负载,分析了装置工作原理,设计了控制电路,研制了实物装置,最后通过实验验证了连续脉冲模拟装置的工作特性。
The electronic radar contains large amounts of non-liner elements. It presents a continuous pulse characteristic when working and increases the difficulty of matching power source. This paper presents a continuous pulse simulator to simplify the complex radar systems with rectifier modules, DC switching modules and load modules. The power mutation of pulse load can be simulated by controlling the input and output of multiple groups resistive load with IGBT. The switching cycle and duty of pulse load can be simulated by setting the DC switch trigger pulse. The peak power of pulse load can be simulated by changed the num- ber of resistance groups access to the circuit. At last, we measured the radar pulse load with the following four parameters such as the filter capacitor C, the conduction time TS, the duty ratio D, power PL. We analyzed the device works, designed a control cir- cuit and developed a physical device. Finally we verification the operating characteristics of continuous pulse simulation apparatus with experiments.
