战略性新兴产业生产率增长的来源:出口还是本土市场需求

The source of the growth of productivity of emerging strategic industries:Export or domestic demand

本文利用战略性新兴产业上市公司数据,采用Malmquist指数法的研究表明,战略性新兴产业生产率增长呈下滑趋势,这分别由技术进步率和纯技术效率下滑以及规模效率的下降而导致。回归分析发现,出口降低了技术进步率,没有促进生产率增长,这与生产率增长下滑的原因一致;本土市场需求促进生产率增长,提高了技术进步率和纯技术效率,使其成为遏制生产率增长下滑的有效途径。分地区回归表明,出口仅促进中西部战略性新兴产业企业的生产率增长,本土市场需求仅促进东部地区的生产率增长。分产权性质回归中,虽然出口对生产率的回归都不显著,但与国有战略性新兴产业企业生产率的回归系数为负;本土市场需求促进了国有和非国有企业生产率增长,前者来自技术进步,而后者来自纯技术效率上升带来的技术效率提高。上述研究对于审视和调整战略性新兴产业发展模式具有重要意义。

This paper uses the data of the listed companies of strategic emerging industries and adopts Malmquist Index method. Our studies suggest that the growth rate of the productivity of strategic emerging industries tends to decrease, which can be contributed to the decrease in the rate of technological advance and the efficiency of pure technology. The regression analysis finds that export decreases the rate of technology advance and it does not promote the growth of productivity, which is consistent with the cause of the decrease in the growth rate of productivity; ant that domestic market demand promotes the growth of produc- tivity, increases the growth rate of technological advance and the efficiency of pure technology, and makes them become an effi- cient way to refrain the decrease in the growth of productivity. Sub-regional regression suggests that export just promotes the growth of productivity of strategic emerging industries at the west and middle areas, and that domestic market demand only increases the productivity of the east areas. In the sub-property rights regression, although the regression of export to productivity is not significant, its regression coefficient with the productivity of state-owned strategic emerging industries is negative. Domestic market demand promotes the growth of the productivity of state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises. The growth of the former lies in technological advance while the latter comes from the increase of technological efficiency. The study above is of great importance to review and adjust the development pattern of strategic emerging industries.
