青少年前交叉韧带重建术后脑功能重塑的功能核磁共振观察

摘要 目的:探讨前交叉韧带重建术后,脑初级躯体感觉运动区、次级躯体感觉区、运动前区和补充运动区的脑功能变化。方法:15名男性青少年受试者,右侧前交叉韧带自体腘绳肌腱解剖单束重建术后1.5~2年,左膝正常。受试者完成脑功能核磁共振检查,右侧伸膝运动时的数据列为实验组,左侧伸膝运动时的数据列为对照组。两组进行配对t检验。结果:与对照组相比,实验组前交叉韧带重建患者的初级感觉运动区、运动前区的激活减小(P〈0.05),次级躯体感觉区的激活增强(P〈0.05),补充运动区的激活则正常。结论:前交叉韧带重建术后主要脑功能区发生功能重塑。 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the functional changes in primary somatic sensorimotor area,secondary somatic somesthetic area,premotor and supplementary motor area in adolescents after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction. Methods 15 male right leg – dominant adolescents after right ACL reconstruction participated in this study. Brain activation was examined by using functional magnetic resonance imaging technique. The data during right knee extension was regarded as from test group and the data during left knee extension was regarded as from control group. Results Diminished activation in primary sensorimotor area and premotor area,increased activation in secondary somatosensory area were seen in the test group as compared with the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion There existed remodeling of brain functional areas in adolescents after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
