The paper proposed a low power consumption portable temperature and humidity measurement ring,which realized the low power consumption and satisfied the basic requirement of the state monitor devices. The ring provided a safe,fast and accurate failure point orientation and potential failure exclusion plan as well as a low cost monitor system,which avoided the problems brought by the data overloading in the practical application.
