摘要
贵州电网岗位胜任力评价标准化的研究,推进了人才评价工作一体化管理,完成了评价有关业务指导书编制,形成以业务流程为主线,组织架构、管理制度、技术标准和指标体系相互关联,风险管控要求分解落实的清晰评价工作步骤,促进基层单位评价一体化作业标准化的落实。按照一体化、规范化、精益化的管理要求,实现公司岗位胜任能力评价工作的标准化、流程化、表单化,提高了工作效率和评价准确度。
Guizhou Power Grid post competency evaluation standardization research promoted the integration of talent evaluation works,completed the compilation of the relevant business instruction,form with the concept of business process,organization structure,management system,and related technical standards and index system,and carrying out risk control requirements of clear evaluation steps,promoted grass-roots unit operation standardization to carry out the evaluation of integration. In accordance with the requirements for integration,standardization,the lean management,standardization research realized the standardization of company post competence evaluation work,streamline,form,improved the working efficiency and accuracy evaluation.
