摘要
新型城镇化建设和城市地下建设步伐的加快促进了我国地下管网建设的发展,水平螺旋钻进作为最常用的非开挖铺管技术在我国的应用越来越广泛。水平螺旋钻进导向技术长期依赖于微型隧道激光导向,成本高昂,操作复杂。在研究国内外非开挖钻机导向技术的基础上,对螺旋钻进导向技术进行详细的研究并设计了一套利用光学成像技术进行导向的设备。通过室内实验与施工验证了该设备的可行性,同时针对实验及施工中出现的问题提出了进一步的解决方法与智能导向技术思路。
New urbanization and underground construction promote the development of underground pipeline constructions.Horizontal spiral drilling as the most popular trenchless pipe laying technology in our country is used more and more widely.Horizontal spiral drilling guide technology has long-term dependence on laser-guided used in micro-tunnel and it is high cost and complicated operation.Based on the study of domestic and abroad trenchless guided technology,this paper studies in detail the technology of the optical imaging guidance,and designs a set of equipment based on optical imaging guidance.The laboratory experimentd and construction verify the feasibility of the equipment.At the same time,the paper puts forward the method to solve the problems and the solution of intelligent guidance technology.
