摘要
弯曲度是钻杆质量检测的重要参数之一,它严重影响钻井的精度和平稳性。而国内对于钻杆弯曲度的检测大多依靠操作人员的经验或者采用百分表进行测量,效率比较低下。针对钻杆弯曲度检测的现状,提出了一种以椭圆为钻杆截面拟合模型、2D激光为介质的钻杆弯曲度检测方法与装置,以能够快速、精确地检测出钻杆弯曲度信息,并通过实验验证了该算法的可行性。
The straightness of drill pipes is one of the important parameters in quality test of the drill pipe which may seriously affect the drilling accuracy and stability.In domestic practices,the measurement of drill pipe straightness is inefficient,for it mainly relies on experience or dial indicator.Thus,to enhance the straightness measurement of drill pipes,this paper presents a method in which the ellipse fitting method is applied to fit the cross section of drill.According to the method,this paper designed a corresponding equipment with 2Dlaser displacement sensor to measure the straightness of the drill pipe.The method and equipment proved the rapidness and accuracy for the straightness measurement.This correctness of method was proved by indoor experiments.
