摘要
设计了多种定向钻井用冲击钻具水平摩擦副材料结构,开展了水平定向钻井用导向滑块磨损特性研究,并采用ANSYS进行了有限元数值模拟,以设计合理的水平导向滑块,提高冲击钻具寿命。结果表明,水平导向滑块磨损率受锤重、摩擦系数与往复运动速度的影响,且磨损率随锤重与摩擦系数呈近指数增长。锤重为100kg时,导向滑块最大磨损率为7.5‰;当水平摩擦副材料摩擦系数超过0.3时,水平导向滑块磨损率最大达17%。
Series of pilot slides with different structures used in directional drilling have been designed,and the abrasion properties of pilot slide have been numerically simulated and analyzed by ANSYS in order to improve the service life of hydraulic hammer.The simulation results show that the mass of hammer,friction coefficient and the moving velocity of pilot slide have an effect on the abrasion property of the pilot slide.In conclusion,the abrasion rate exponentially varies with the mass of hammer and the friction coefficient.While the mass of hammer is 100 kg,the maximum abrasion rate of pilot slide is 7.5‰.In addition,the maximum abrasion rate of pilot slide will exceed 17% when the friction coefficient of components material used in friction pairs is larger than 0.3.
