21世纪初中国吸引亚洲国家和地区FDI的动力在哪？

What Are the Chinese Attracting Factors for FDI from Asian Areas in the Early 21st Century?

文章基于FDI区位选择理论,构建包含市场规模、劳动力成本、集聚经济、投资环境和投资距离等区位因素的单国引力模型,运用SYS-GMM和IV估计方法,结合域外大国在华投资的外溢效应,探讨21世纪以来各因素对中国吸引亚洲主要国家和地区投资的驱动影响,并对东北亚与港台、东南亚、南亚及西亚四个区域进行对比分析。结果发现:整体上,更大的市场规模、集聚经济和语言相似性能显著提高对亚洲主要国家和地区的在华投资动力,而劳动力成本的上升能降低其在华投资动力,其他投资环境和投资距离因素对FDI流入作用不显著;但是在区域层面上,各因素对FDI流入影响在显著性和方向等方面具有明显的地域差异性,呈现出东北亚及港台与西亚等偏好竞争的FDI集聚开放模式和东南亚与南亚等国的FDI规避竞争模式。

On overall, the larger market size, agglomeration economy and similar language can significantly improve the motivation of FDI, but Chinese labor costs have a negative role, and other factors＂ effect is not obvious. At the regional level, there are obvious regional differences at the aspects of significance and direction of all attracting location factors＇ effects for FDI inflow from different areas. Then, Northeast Asia, Hong Kong （China） , Taiwan （China） and West Asia present a preference of more congregated and opened investment environment, on the contrary, Southeast Asia and South Asia show a trend of avoiding competitive market environment.
