中国(上海)自由贸易试验区金融创新对区内企业的影响机理分析

Analysis on Influence Mechanism of Financial Innovation to Enterprises in China(Shanghai)Free Trade Zone

本文分析了上海自由贸易试验区金融创新对区内企业的影响机理:一是金融功能对区内企业的作用机理,即以企业持续发展为核心,在企业金融服务需求的诱致下,区内金融服务主体,包括银行、非银金融机构等,提供金融服务,满足企业的金融服务需求,在此过程中金融功能得以形成和实现;二是自贸区金融创新对区内企业的传导过程,即试验区金融创新首先作用于区内金融服务主体,通过促进金融服务主体及服务业务的多元化,强化自贸区的金融功能,进而满足企业高质量、多元化的金融服务需求,促进企业发展。

This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of financial innovation to the enterprises in the area of Shanghai free trade zone： one is the effect mechanism of financial function to the enterprises , namely in the core of the enterprise sustainable development , under the induce of enterprise financial services demand, financial services provider, including banks, non bank financial institutions, etc., provide financial services, meeting the demand of enterprise＇s financial services, and the formation and implementation of financial function occur in this process ; Second is the effect conduction process of financial innovation to enterprises , namely the financial innovation impacts the financial services providers firstly, strengthening the financial function by promoting the diversity of financial services providers and their business , and thus meet the demand of enterprises＇ financial services in high quality, promoting the development of enterprises.
