摘要
目的评估散光矫治型人工晶体(toric implantable collamer len,TICL)植入治疗后房型有晶体眼近视散光术后轴向稳定性和视功能。方法 62例(80眼)屈光不正患者进行TICL植入手术,术后测量散光矫治情况;术后7d和术后6个月采用裂隙灯分别测量TICL散光轴位;术后随访6个月调查患者视功能满意度,填写视功能评价表。结果术后6个月,患者术眼裸眼视力达0.5以上;术后7d和术后6个月,散光分别降至(-0.45±0.27)D、(-0.41±0.21)D,散光变化值为(0.040±0.012)D;术后7d至术后6个月,轴位偏离度为(2.46±1.28)°;术后患者对视觉功能改善满意度在90%以上。结论 TICL治疗中、高度近视散光安全、有效。
Objective To assess the stability of axis and visual function after toric implantable collamer len(TICL)implantation for myopic astigmatism in posterior chamber type phakic eye.Methods Total 80 eyes in 62 patients underwent TICL implantation for correcting myopic astigmatism. The postoperation astigmatism correction was measured.The deviation of axis of TICL was detected by slit lamp 7 days and 6 months after operation.The patients were asked to fill in the visual function evaluation scale to evaluate their visual function satisfaction degree.Results Six months after operation,the naked vision was over 0.5.The mean refractive cylinder decreased to(-0.45±0.27)D and(-0.41±0.21)D respectively 7 days and 6months after operation.The mean change value of astigmatism was(0.04±0.012)D.The mean axis deviation of TICL was(2.46±1.28)°from 7 days to 6 months after operation.More than 90% patients were satisfied with their visual function.Conclusions TICL implantation is safe and effective for moderate and high myopic astigmatism.
