摘要
发展武术的现代趋势要求探索安排训练过程的新方案。尤其突出的是少年运动员在训练阶段—基础阶段中的训练问题。作者提出:要优化少年武术运动员在多年训练阶段的赛前中周期中训练过程的结构和内容;确定用于训练过程的主要身体练习,以及技术训练和专项身体训练过程中的身体负荷量及其在赛前中周期中的分配;探索在赛前中周期中针对发展身体素质的负荷的最佳组合。
Modern trends in the development of Wushu require searching for new variants of the training process.The problem of young athletes' training is particularly important at the preparatory phase,which is basic in their training.The authors suggest optimizing the structure and content of the training process of young athletes engaged in Wushu,in the pre-season mesocycle at the preparatory phase of the longterm training.It is necessary to determine the basic exercises used in the training process and the amount of physical activity during technical and special physical training its distribution in the pre-season mesocycle.It is also of importance to decide an optimal combination of load,aimed at development of physical qualities in the pre-season mesocyle.
