摘要
电机轴承用弹性挡圈,使用不锈钢材料(1Cr17Ni9)加工,在加工过程中存在尺寸超差、开裂等问题,其中以开裂最为严重,返修次数频繁。本文从原材料、毛刺大、凸模型面尺寸和粗糙度等3个方面对制件开裂现象进行了探讨,并提出了改进措施。
The material of Star Lock Washer for motor ball-bearing is 1Cr17Ni9. Duringmanufacturing process, Star Lock Washer has dimension and cracks defects. Crack is thecommonest defects in production. The paper studied into this problem from material, part surfaceburr, punch dimension and surface roughness. And some improvements have presented for those causes.
