摘要
玻璃钢产品成型加工,在我国绝大部分是用手工进行裱糊,这种加工方式占到了玻璃钢制品80%。手工裱糊特点是:工艺落后、设备简陋、技术水平低、管理不良、质量不稳定、操作和安全规程不健全。加工人员是在十分恶劣环境中工作,除了刺鼻树脂味道,细微玻璃纤维碎屑尘埃环境之外,还有生产效率低下。在采用了机械结构形式的模具后,可以大幅度减轻劳动强度。在左右模板中加装电热器及在橡胶袋中通入一定压力的蒸气后,可加快头盔外壳成型固化速度从而明显地提高生产效率。
