摘要 玻璃钢产品成型加工,在我国绝大部分是用手工进行裱糊,这种加工方式占到了玻璃钢制品80%。手工裱糊特点是:工艺落后、设备简陋、技术水平低、管理不良、质量不稳定、操作和安全规程不健全。加工人员是在十分恶劣环境中工作,除了刺鼻树脂味道,细微玻璃纤维碎屑尘埃环境之外,还有生产效率低下。在采用了机械结构形式的模具后,可以大幅度减轻劳动强度。在左右模板中加装电热器及在橡胶袋中通入一定压力的蒸气后,可加快头盔外壳成型固化速度从而明显地提高生产效率。 Glass fiber reinforced plastic products processing, for the most part in our country ispasted by hand, this way of processing FRP products accounted for 80%. Manual pastingcharacteristics is: backward technology, the simple and crude equipment, the low level oftechnology, management, quality is not stable, operating and safety regulations is not sound.Processing staff is working in a very bad environment, in addition to the pungent taste resin, fineglass fiber dust debris environment, and the production efficiency is low. After adoptedmechanical structure form of the mold, can greatly reduce labor intensity. Equipped with electricheaters in the left and right template and the rubber bag after zhongtong into certain pressuresteam, can accelerate the helmet shell molding curing speed and obviously improve theproduction efficiency.
