摘要
通过组合体零件成形工艺进行了分析,根据该零件特点,提出了采用组合式下凸模;介绍了其模具结构特点及工作过程,同时对模体、上凸模和下凸模设计作了详细的介绍。
Through the analysis of combination forming process,according to the characteristicsof the parts,this paper put forward to adopt the combination lower punch; and introduced itsstructure characteristics of the die and working process,then the design of diebodies,upperpunch and lower punch are described in detail.
